These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you ("you", "your", or "Studio Builder") and The Startup Studio. If you are acting on behalf of an organization or as a guardian for a minor, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity or minor to these Terms.
You must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Studio Services. If you are under such age, you may only use the Services with consent and under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Description of Services
The Startup Studio provides an online platform designed to help individuals:
- Discover clarity about their identity, strengths, and capabilities;
- Build real-world competencies through guided reflections, projects, and journaling;
- Create proof of experience through portfolios, media, and documented milestones;
- Access a community of peers and supportive resources; and

The Studio Services may include self-paced modules, trial periods, paid subscriptions, community forums, coaching sessions, feedback tools, and other features, all designed to guide you through a personal or entrepreneurial journey.
3. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Startup Studio collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with that policy.

Our total liability for all claims relating to your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid directly to us during the prior 12 months, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
