2019 UCF Summer Entrepreneurship Camp Registration

Once the below form is completed, you will be contacted by a staff member within 3 business days to inform you if you have been accepted. Upon acceptance, you will be invited to register and submit a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot.

If you are coming from a distance or would prefer to stay on campus, UCF is offering a Residential Package add-on. The cost is an additional $250 for the week, and this includes on-campus housing and a $90 dining card that may be used on-campus eateries during the camp. If this is something you are interested in, please be sure to indicate that on the form below.

Students should be dropped off between 8:30-8:55am and picked up between 4:00-5:30pm, unless they are staying on-campus.  The program starts at 9am and ends at 4pm.

Students who are staying on campus will have some free time from 4:00 – 6:30pm where they are free to enjoy the student union and nearby shops/restaurants.  After this time, they will meet up with their RA for various activities before returning to their on-campus housing by the 10pm curfew.

Students who are not staying on campus should be picked up by 5:30pm.

Yes!  UCF is offering a residential add-on. The cost is $250 for the week.  This cost includes a room in one of the on-campus dorms and a $90 meal card that can be used at on-campus food establishments.  There will be adult supervision in the evenings and in the dorms.  If you’re interested in this option, please indicate this on your application.

The deadline to register for the camp is June 1st, 2019.

Once you have received confirmation from the Entrepreneurship Summer Camp staff, you can begin to complete your forms and make payments. Registered participants must have all forms and payments submitted by June 14, 2019.

The UCF Summer Entrepreneurship Camp is limited to 45 campers, and space will fill up quickly. We encourage participants to submit their applications as soon as possible.  The deadline to register is June 1st, 2019.

Once you have received a confirmation e-mail from an Entrepreneurship Camp staff member stating that you have secured a spot for the week, a $500 deposit is due within 3 business days.  All payments and forms must be submitted prior to June 14th, 2019.

The total cost of the UCF Summer Entrepreneurship Camp  is $950, with a required $500 deposit due within 3 business days of confirmation from the Entrepreneurship Camp staff that you have secured a spot for the week. Payments on the $450 balance can be made up until June 14, 2019.

The Residential Package add-on is an additional $250.  This must be paid by June 1st, 2019, in order to reserve your room.

Payments can be made by credit card via this link or by completing the credit card form linked on the Registration page. Payment options are also included in your confirmation email.  Final payments are due by Friday, June 14th, 2019.

Fifty percent (50%) of all payments made prior to cancellation will be refunded if a written request is received by the UCF Summer Entrepreneurship Camp staff  by midnight on June 1st, 2019. Please allow ONE (1) week for processing of refunds. Written requests for application cancellation and refund should be emailed to cel@ucf.edu. Please include the words Cancel/Refund and the Participant’s name in the subject line of the email. Only requests from parents/guardian listed on the camper’s application will be honored. After June 1, 2019, NO refunds will be granted.
